SUNSHINE SINGERS
A daytime choir for anyone who wants to sing with others, regardless of ability or singing experience. We sing well-known pop songs from all era's, in a relaxed environment where all voices are valued. Harmonies are taught to those who wish to have a challenge and all abilities are catered for within this nuturing environment.
I am passionate about ensuring that my singers are singing in a healthy way. Qualifying as a Vocal Health First Aider has given me an understanding of vocal health and the factors that can affect vocal wellbeing. It has given me practical skills to assess vocal health and guide the recovery process, referring onwards if necessary. Whilst I support choir members to develop healthy ways to use their voice, I am also able to offer one to one sessions to provide further support to anyone having vocal difficulties, both singers and non-singers.
